Railsponsible is proud to launch the application phase for the 2025 Supplier Award, honouring suppliers whose sustainable or circular innovations not only advance environmental and social goals—but also deliver measurable cost savings for their customers.

This Year’s Theme:

“A cost-saving sustainable or circular innovation”

All suppliers to Railsponsible member companies are invited to submit their projects—whether planned, in progress, or completed. The spotlight is on real-world initiatives that create impact at the intersection of sustainability and efficiency.

Why Apply?

The winner of the 2025 Supplier Award will be:

🎤 Announced live on the main stage at the DB Railway Forum on 3rd September 2025 at 15:30
🎫 Invited as a guest of DB and Railsponsible
📢 Promoted via Railsponsible channels and recognised across the rail industry

🤝 Granted one year of free Railsponsible membership

Please note: while the award does not carry a monetary prize, it offers valuable recognition and visibility for your sustainability and innovation efforts.

Time required: Just a few minutes – with emphasis on clarity, not length

To strengthen your submission, we recommend including:
✔️ Quantified results and measured outcomes
✔️ Evidence of scale or supply chain impact
✔️ Demonstrable ESG improvements (Environmental, Social or Governance)

Projects of all maturity levels are welcome. However, solutions with proven results will receive higher consideration than those still in planning.
