Railsponsible is a cross-industry initiative founded in 2015 with the goal of embedding sustainability into the heart of railway procurement. Our mission is to create a transparent, fair, and resilient supply chain that balances ecological responsibility with economic viability — ensuring long-term success for businesses and the planet alike.
By prioritizing responsible procurement, we actively contribute to the railway sector’s role as the most sustainable mode of transport. We focus on real-world impact: from reducing emissions and improving human rights standards to promoting circularity and supplier collaboration across the entire value chain.
